Stress is tough enough to be dealing with, and then to be loosing hair as a side effect is devastating for people. Or hair loss being the result of an illness or medication causes severe emotional stress.
It’s not only loosing hair that can be a problem but the condition, ie dull, dry and thinning, premature greying, can all be as a result of stress.
Ive just been browsing through a health magazine and saw a spread of pages on advice, supplements & hair treatments which more often that not only temporary supports. I used to work in a herbal remedy shop and recall numerous times people were coming in for lotions and potions to help them stop loosing their hair. It surprised me how many people were affected by alopecia, or just loosing chunks of hair at a time. If only I had known then what I know now! (When have you heard that before?!)
